Solutions for business in 3 simple steps
Workplace stress is often unavoidable and sometimes even desirable. But poorly handled stress at work, or in one’s personal life, is costing your business profits and your personnel their health. Give your employees the best experience possible. You won’t regret it!
Step 1) Meet and determine organizational needs
Together with your (HR) team, we will review the challenges you want to address, in creating a thriving workplace for your employees.
Step 2) Measure employee well-being to determine individual needs
Should you choose to move forward with me and my team of experts, then we will first do a baseline measurement of your employees’ well-being. We will use the Keystone Vitality Check (KVC) app, which has been developed for this purpose by KEYSTONE success. There is now a benchmark of over 1500 respondents, with which to compare your employee results. You will have an organizational dashboard that shows the anonymous results, though can be filtered (if anonymity can be maintained) on age, gender, function etc.
Step 3) Design and implement a strategy to embed a program for thriving employees and your organization
Once we have the data results from the KVC, a program will be designed and implemented to ensure sustainable results. Participants learn the importance of achieving greater self-awareness. This in turn leads to increased resiliency, emotional self-management and engagement.
Give your employees the gift of resiliency
The Recovery + Renewal = Resiliency training is designed to kick-off and build on your employees’ awareness, knowledge, and their personal leadership skills. Information, tools and techniques are offered to assist them in becoming more effective and engaged personal and professional managers of their lives while increasing their resiliency during challenging situations.
This program has now been given many times. Various teams and business individuals for 2 of the Global Big 4 companies, along with other organizations and companies, have reaped the benefits. It is highly evaluated for content and usability in both the participants’ personal and business lives.
“…thank you again for the opportunity to observe and participate in this training … It was a powerful and practical learning experience, and I can’t think of anyone in our company who wouldn’t benefit from it. Stephanie, Global Leadership & Learning Manager for a Global ‘Big Four’ Firm.
